Summary: | A method for automatically and accurately controlling the shearing width of a silicon steel annealed wire comprises the steps that width detectors are arranged at an inlet and an outlet of an annealing furnace respectively, the precision of the width detectors is 0.1 mm, classification and accumulation are carried out with an L2 process computer by taking the steel grade STNO, the thickness h and the annealing process code ANNO as keywords, the necking amount delta w is calculated, corresponding content in a static table is updated, and the shearing width of the silicon steel annealed wire is accurately controlled. The width necking amount caused by annealing is completely and automatically compensated on edge cutting equipment, so that the shearing width precision is ensured; according to the invention, not only can the influence of different necking amounts caused by different steel types, specifications and annealing processes be eliminated, but also the necking amount difference caused by temporary change |
