The KSF powder LED light bar is positioned on the back plate; the quantum dot diffusion plate is positioned on one side, far away from the back plate, of the KSF powder LED light bar; wherein the KSF powder LED light bar comprises a blue light chip, green powder and fluoride red powder; wherein blue light emitted by the blue light chip excites the green powder and the fluoride red powder to emit first green light and first red light; part of the blue light, the first green light and the first red light form first white light; the rest blue light and the first white light pass through the quantum dot diffusion plate; the quantum dot diffusion plate comprises red quantum dot particles with exciting light being second red light and green quantum dot particles with exciting light being second green light; the residual blue light, the second red light and the second green light form second wh
