According to the present invention, provided is a method for manufacturing a panel, the method comprising a first bonding step in which a surface material is bonded to a base material to form a bonded body, and a second bonding step in which a skin material is bonded to the bonded body to form a panel, the first bonding step has a first coating step in which a first adhesive is coated on the surface material by a roller coater, and a first attaching step in which the surface material coated with the first adhesive is attached to the base material to form the bonded body, and a second coating step in which the surface material coated with the first adhesive is attached to the base material to form the bonded body.
