The preparation method comprises the following steps: providing a polyurethane elastomer and an amide-ether copolymer; blending, granulating and extruding to obtain polyamide-polyurethane elastomer composite particles; drawing a film by a tape casting method to obtain a base film; the surface of the base film is coated with a coating containing a heat insulation nanometer material, curing is carried out, the back face of the base film is coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and baking and drying are carried out; the copolymer is obtained by copolymerization of polyamide and polyether formed by lactam, aliphatic diacid and aliphatic diamine.
