The present invention provides a method of treating a targeted abnormal cell that is resistant, refractory, insensitive, non-reactive, or insufficiently reactive to an ingredient, and a cytotoxic cell used therein, comprising administering to an individual suffering from a disease an effective amount of the cytotoxic cell that is complexed with the ingredient, and a method of treating a targeted abnormal cell that is resistant, refractory, insensitive, non-reactive, or insufficiently reactive to an individual suffering from a disease. 本发明提供了一种治疗对一成分(ingredient)具有抗性、难治性、不敏感、无反应性或反应性不足的靶向异常细胞的方法，及其使用之细胞毒性细胞，包括向患有疾病的个体施用一有效量的与该成分复合的细胞毒性细胞(ingredient-complexed cytotoxic cells)。
