The invention discloses a method and device for restraining half-order noise of a hybrid power system and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of engine control. The method comprises the steps that an audio signal in a vehicle is acquired, and the proportion of half-order noise is determined according to the audio signal; whether the proportion of the half-order noise is larger than a first threshold value or not is determined, and if yes, a target air cylinder associated with the half-order noise is determined; and the ignition angle of the target air cylinder is pushed backwards till the stopping condition is met, and pushing backwards is stopped. Therefore, the ignition angle of the target air cylinder causing the half-order vibration is pushed backwards by adopting a separate cylinder control technology, so that the cylinder pressure rise rate is reduced, the half-order vibration of the target air cylinder is further reduced, the purpose of reducing the half-order noise in the vehicle is achieved
