Summary:The anti-static foam double-sided adhesive tape comprises a foam base material as well as a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer which are respectively arranged on two sides of the foam base material, the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are acrylic adhesives; the raw materials of the acrylic adhesive comprise a blended epoxy resin modified acrylate emulsion and a maleated rosin ester modified acrylate emulsion; the invention further provides a production process of the anti-static foam double-sided adhesive tape. The production process comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the epoxy resin modified acrylate emulsion; (2) preparing a maleated rosin ester modified acrylate emulsion; (3) blending the epoxy resin modified acrylate emulsion and the maleated rosin ester modified acrylate emulsion to prepare an acrylic adhesive; and (4) coating two surfaces of the foam base material with an acrylic acid adhesive, and curing to obtain the foam double-sided adhesive tape.
