The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding 1, 4-dioxane and a 3mol/L acetic acid aqueous solution into a mixture of p-phenylenediamine and 1, 3-benzenetricarboxaldehyde, carrying out primary grinding to obtain a primary grinding mixture, then adding Fe3O4-SiO2-NH2 magnetic particles into the primary grinding mixture, and carrying out secondary grinding to obtain a secondary grinding mixture; (2) additionally taking 1, 4-dioxane and a 3mol/L acetic acid aqueous solution, adding the second grinding mixture into the mixed solution, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, and standing for reaction to obtain a standing crystallization product; and (3) carrying out magnetic separation, cleaning and drying on the standing crystallization product to obtain the magnetic covalent organic framework material.
