Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of biomass resource utilization, and particularly relates to a method for catalyzing high-concentration cellulose to synthesize 5-hydroxymethylfurfural. According to the method, a mixed acid of Bronsted and Lewis is used as a catalyst, a mixture of water and tetrahydrofuran or methyl isobutyl ketone is used as a solvent, and the concentration of cellulose in the solvent is 50-100g/L. The invention provides a method for synthesizing 5-hydroxymethylfurfural by directly catalyzing high-concentration cellulose with mixed acid. The method has the advantages of simple catalytic system, low catalyst cost, high product concentration and basically no humus in the product; the method is simple and easy to operate, separation and extraction are easy, the used solvent system can be repeatedly used, industrial production of HMF is facilitated, and the yield is basically not affected.
