The invention discloses a degradable polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The degradable polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive is obtained by uniformly mixing a degradable polyacrylate solution, carboxylated acrylate rosin resin, epoxidized soybean oil and a degradable cross-linking agent, coating and drying; the degradable polyacrylate resin is obtained by introducing a degradable monomer in a polyacrylate solution polymerization process; meanwhile, polylactic acid is introduced into an isocyanate curing agent to obtain a degradable cross-linking agent, a degradable plasticizer epoxidized soybean oil is introduced into the acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive to further improve the cross-linking degree, and the polylactic acid and the epoxidized soybean oil are used for improving the strength and the initial viscosity of the pressure-sensitive adhesive respectively; the degradable polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive with excellent comprehensive performance is pre
