According to the welding wire, a Fe-Cr-C alloy system is designed, Nb, Ti, V and W strong carbide alloy elements are reasonably added, and a surfacing layer structure which takes martensite as a main part and generates multiple carbides in situ is designed. The welding wire is good in welding performance, small in splashing and good in high-temperature erosion resistance.
