The method comprises the following steps: pre-configuring a common-view site; determining a common-view relationship of the common-view site based on a satellite; calculating a clock error and an observation weight of a local receiver of the common-view station; calculating a clock error weighted average value of the local receiver of the common-view station; calculating a clock error of a local clock of the common-view station; and carrying out clock taming and time signal phase adjustment.
