Summary: | According to the method, O-nornuciferine is adopted as a detection index, after sample powder is extracted, ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry is adopted for analysis, and an electrospray ionization source positive ion mode and a multi-reaction monitoring mode are adopted for identifying the adulterated spina date seeds in spina date seeds. The mass-to-charge ratio (m/z) of 281.9 to 251.1 and/or 281.9 to 219.1 is selected as a detection ion pair; the content of O-nornuciferine is calculated according to the peak area, so that whether jujube kernels are adulterated in the sample or not is judged.
