The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking tabular corundum fine powder, activated aluminum oxide micro powder, lanthanum oxide micro powder and lanthanum aluminate micro powder with proper granularity as raw materials, selecting hydratable aluminum oxide as a binding agent, adding water, and stirring to obtain slurry; micron-sized spherical foam prepared from an animal protein foaming agent is used as a pore-forming template to be added into the slurry, and the material can be obtained through stirring, casting molding, curing, demolding, drying and high-temperature sintering.
