Summary:A container mouth device is composed of liquid discharge pipe, annular liquid return slope, annular liquid retaining wall, liquid-returning air inlet tube and cover matched with container to form a main body. Said annular liquid return slope and retaining wall appear as integral part of container. The lower end of said slope is connected to liquid-returning air inlet tube. The internal plug of cover can enclose the annular liquid retaining wall. When liquid is discharged from container, the air comes inton container. After liquid discharge is finished, residual liquid can return back into container.
