Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a halide-containing dry-method positive electrode film. An active substance, conductive carbon and a dry-method binder are mixed for three times and rolled for three times to form a positive electrode plate. The halide positive electrode material is selected to replace the existing lithium iron phosphate or ternary nickel-cobalt-manganese oxide positive electrode material, the preparation cost of the lithium battery is reduced, the dry preparation process is adopted to replace the existing wet process, no solvent is needed, and the problem of environmental pollution caused by the existing wet process is solved.
本发明公开了一种含卤化物干法正极膜的制备方法及应用,将活性物质、导电碳和干法粘结剂经过三次混料三次辊压形成正极片。本发明选用卤化物正极材料替代现有的磷酸铁锂或三元镍钴锰氧化物正极材料,降低锂电池制备成本,并采用干法制备工艺替代现有的湿法工艺,无需使用溶剂,解决了目前湿法工艺产生的环境污染问题。 |
