Summary: | According to the rail type rotating paddle caisson energy storage power generation system and the control method, the cylindrical caisson is anchored in the seabed, the water flow is restrained through the flow guide pipeline by utilizing the water inlet process during water pump/water turbine water head power generation and the process of emptying the water body in the caisson during energy storage, and meanwhile, the energy storage effect is achieved on the basis of treatment of a hydrophobic material on the inner wall of the cylindrical caisson body. Water flow efficiently rotates to generate angular kinetic energy, blades or foldable blades coaxial with the cylindrical caisson are driven, water rotates like a draught fan to drive power generation, and therefore kinetic energy which is not utilized by water inlet power generation of a water turbine and water pump drainage energy storage is recycled, and the efficiency of the caisson energy storage and power generation system is improved.
