The method comprises the following steps: S1, weighing bis (trifluoromethanesulfonyl) imine and a first part of an organic solvent, and uniformly stirring and mixing the bis (trifluoromethanesulfonyl) imine and the first part of the organic solvent; s2, weighing a second part of organic solvent, and adding the second part of organic solvent into the reaction kettle; adding organic salt into the reaction kettle; dropwise adding the material obtained in the step S1 into the reaction kettle for reaction; and S3, after the reaction is finished, distilling a mixed solution of the ionic liquid, the bis (trifluoromethanesulfonyl) imine and the organic solvent in the reaction kettle, and recycling the organic solvent and the bis (trifluoromethanesulfonyl) imine to obtain the bis (trifluoromethanesulfonyl) imine ionic liquid in the reaction kettle.
