The invention discloses a preparation method of bicyclo [1.1. 1] pentylsulfanilamide, N-substituted sulfonamide as shown in a formula (1), [1.1. 1] propeller alkane as shown in a formula (2) and a hydrogen/iodine/sulfur source reagent are used as raw materials, under the action of illumination and a photocatalyst, the raw materials react in a solvent to obtain the bicyclo [1.1. 1] pentylsulfanilamide as shown in a formula (3), and the reaction equation is as follows: in the formula # imgabs0, R1 and R2 are electron withdrawing groups or electron donating groups; the electron withdrawing group is halogen, trifluoromethyl, nitro or cyano, the electron donating group is alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxy or aryl, the Ar group is phenyl, substituted phenyl or pyridine, and the substituent of the substituted phenyl is alkoxy or halogen. The method adopts cheap and easily available N-nitrososulfonamide as a nitrogen source, and has the advantages of simple operation, good substrate universality, high atom utilization
