Abstract The invention relates to the field of biological materials, in particular to long-acting antibacterial coagulation osteogenesis-promoting photo-thermal effect hydrogel as well as a preparation method and application of the long-acting antibacterial coagulation osteogenesis-promoting photo-thermal effect hydrogel. MXene, dopamine hydrochloride and levofloxacin are subjected to multi-level one-by-one bonding through a chemical reaction to prepare PDMM (at) LF, meanwhile, methacrylic anhydride hyaluronic acid is combined to prepare the photothermal effect hydrogel with the functions of resisting bacteria, coagulating blood and promoting osteogenesis repair, and the hydrogel achieves the functions of resisting bacteria and coagulating blood based on the synergistic effect.
