Summary:The invention discloses eye washing liquid capable of reducing oxidative stress reaction of eyes and a preparation method of the eye washing liquid. The eye washing liquid comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.01-0.5% of zinc sulfate, 0.01-0.5% of sodium hyaluronate and the balance of water. 0.05 to 2.0 percent of vitamin C; 0.05 to 5.0 percent of an antioxidant; 0.01 to 0.5 percent of menthol; 0.1 to 3.0% of a moisturizing lubricant; 0.5-10% of sodium chloride; 0.1 to 5.0 percent of boric acid; 0.01 to 2.0 percent of borax; and the balance of pure water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the zinc sulfate, the vitamin C, the menthol and the moisturizing lubricant into the pure water, uniformly mixing, and cooling for later use; adding an antioxidant, mixing, adjusting pH and osmotic pressure, supplementing pure water to full dose, filtering, sterilizing, and sub-packaging to obtain the eye wash product.
