Summary: | The invention provides a one-bit digital programmable metasurface based on a single-layer printed circuit board, which comprises M * N reflective one-bit single-layer programmable metasurface basic units, and M and N are non-zero positive integers; each basic unit comprises an upper metal layer, a middle dielectric layer and a lower metal layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the upper metal layer comprises a metal patch with a cross gap, a PIN tube, a voltage bias line and an isolation inductor. A basic unit is only composed of an upper metal layer, a middle dielectric layer and a lower metal layer, a metal backboard is used on the lower surface of the middle dielectric layer, and a metal patch, a PIN tube, a voltage bias line and an isolation inductor are used on the upper surface of the middle dielectric layer.
