According to the preparation method, polycarbonate is added through a main feeding port of a double-screw extruder, and scattering points are added through a side feeding port; wherein after side feeding, a tooth-shaped disc is matched with a flow blocking ring to serve as a mixing element; the raw materials comprise polycarbonate and scattering points.
