A transmission for a work vehicle is provided with: a forward/reverse clutch for switching forward/reverse; and a speed change clutch for changing the speed during driving, and further comprises: a first shaft to which the forward/reverse clutch is mounted; a second shaft that rotates forward or backward in conjunction with the first shaft, and to which a transmission clutch is attached; a support member mounted within the housing to support the first shaft and the second shaft so as to be rotatable; a forward/reverse hydraulic valve device installed on one side wall of the housing adjacent to the forward/reverse clutch to control the forward/reverse clutch; and a speed change hydraulic valve device installed on the other side wall of the housing adjacent to the speed change clutch to control the speed change clutch, in which the forward and reverse hydraulic valve device and the speed change hydraulic valve device may be connected to the forward and reverse clutch and the speed change clutch through an oil p
