The filling material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40%-70% of heavy oil, 5%-25% of a compatilizer, 5%-20% of an aromatic compound, 5%-30% of a catalyst, 0.5%-10% of an initiator, 0.3%-5% of a reinforcing agent, 0.1%-6% of an anti-aging agent and 1%-7% of a stabilizer.
