The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) ethylene tar enters a flash tower, tower bottom oil obtained through flash evaporation enters a reaction kettle, and a cross-linking accelerant is added for a cross-linking reaction; (2) cooling the reacted material in the step (1), adding a cross-linking terminator, introducing oxygen-containing gas, and reacting to obtain impregnated asphalt; wherein the cross-linking accelerant is a triphenylmethyl free radical.
