Summary: | The invention provides a synthesis method of an organic photoresponse probe HBT-CN based on an ESIPT effect, the obtained probe and application of the probe, and belongs to the technical field of biological probes. According to the invention, 1R, 2R-cyclohexanediamine is used as a chiral recognition module and is connected to a 2-(2 '-hydroxyphenyl) benzoxazole derivative fluorophore through a simple amidation reaction, and the organic photoresponse probe HBT-CN based on the ESIPT effect is successfully designed and synthesized. The probe HBT-CN can realize selective fluorescence recognition and detection of the amino-acid ester hydrochloride enantiomers in a direct titration manner. In addition, the probe can perform enantioselective detection through sensitive ratio type ultraviolet absorption change. The research result of the fluorescence and purple light response difference ratio of the two enantiomers shows that the probe has higher sensitivity and enantiomer discrimination.
