A control monitoring signal transmission system according to the present invention comprises: a master station for transmitting and receiving data to and from a control unit; the plurality of substations transmit and receive data with the master station in a synchronous transmission mode through a common transmission line; and a terminal connected to the common transmission line, in which transmission and reception of data between the master station and the slave station are performed by superimposing data on frames repeatedly transmitted from the master station, the terminal extracts all monitoring data transmitted from the slave station, converts the monitoring data into inspection data by a predetermined rule, and transmits the inspection data to the slave station. The master station converts all of the monitoring data transmitted from the slave station into check data by the same rule as that of the terminal, and the check data is superimposed on a check data output area provided at the last of the frame.
