Summary: | The invention relates to a synthesis method of a deuterium labeled substance containing a deuterium atom structure unit, which comprises the following steps: mixing aryl chloride with deuterated water in an organic solvent, adding a catalyst ethylene glycol dimethyl ether-nickel dichloride and a ligand 2, 9-dimethyl-1, 3, 5-trimethyl-1, 3, 5-trimethyl-1, 3, 5-trimethyl-1, 3, 5-trimethyl-1, 3, 5 and reacting in the presence of zinc powder under the protection of nitrogen to obtain the deuterium-labeled compound. According to the method, ethylene glycol dimethyl ether-nickel dichloride is used as a catalyst, aryl chloride and deuterated water can react to generate a deuterium atom substituted product under the nitrogen condition, normal temperature and normal pressure, and the reaction conditions are simple and mild. Meanwhile, the range of selectable substrates is wider, cheap nickel is used as a catalyst, and compared with the prior art, the method has higher economic value.
