The embodiment of the invention provides an overtemperature protection circuit and test equipment, and relates to the field of temperature control. The overtemperature protection circuit is used for controlling the running state of a connected heating module and comprises a temperature detection module, a comparison module, a control module, a first protection switch and a second protection switch, wherein the first protection switch and the second protection switch are connected in series; the temperature detection module is arranged on the heating module and is used for converting obtained temperature information of the heating module into a voltage signal and outputting the voltage signal to the comparison module; the comparison module is used for outputting a control level to the first protection switch according to the voltage signal; the first protection switch is connected with the heating module and used for being adjusted to be in an on state or an off state according to the control level; the contro
