The invention discloses a coiled tubing suspension device and method, the device comprises a shaft coiled tubing, and the port of the shaft coiled tubing is sequentially connected with a second connector, a coiled tubing hanger, a salvage neck nipple, a tool string and a ground coiled tubing. The invention further discloses a coiled tubing hanging method. The shaft coiled tubing is connected with the coiled tubing hanger through the second connector; a ground coiled tubing preset on a ground coiled tubing operation machine is connected with the tool string, and then the coiled tubing hanger is grabbed at a wellhead in a blind mode through the tool string. According to the device, the coiled tubing hanging load is large, and the follow-up coiled tubing pulling-out operation under pressure is facilitated through the salvage neck short section reserved on the coiled tubing hanger; the coiled tubing hanging method has the advantages that the coiled tubing which is thousands of meters long can be stably hung at a
