Summary: | The invention discloses galvanized reinforced formability dual-phase steel and a production method thereof. The dual-phase steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 0.17%-0.25% of C, 1.50%-2.70% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.005% of S, less than or equal to 0.020% of P, 0.20%-1.00% of Si, 0.20%-1.20% of Als, 0.02%-0.080% of Nb, 0.20%-1.00% of Cr and the balance of Fe and unremovable impurities. The production method comprises the procedures of continuous casting, heating, hot rolling, cold rolling, continuous annealing, hot galvanizing and finishing. The structure of the dual-phase steel is ferrite, martensite and retained austenite, the yield strength is Rp0.2: 550-750 MPa, the tensile strength is larger than or equal to 980 MPa, the percentage elongation after fracture A80 is larger than or equal to 15%, and the cold forming performance is good.
