Summary: | The invention discloses an enzymatic synthesis process of 5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, the yield is improved by shortening a 5-MTHF (Methyl Tetrahydrofolic Acid) synthesis route in a biological fermentation method, and meanwhile, a general folic acid raw material in a chemical synthesis method is adopted as a starting substrate, so that the production cost of the 5-MTHF is greatly reduced; and the method has the related advantages of a biological method, such as low pollution and simplicity and convenience in operation. 本发明公开了一种5-甲基四氢叶酸的酶法合成工艺,通过缩短生物发酵法中5-MTHF合成路线来实现产率的提高,同时采用化学合成法通用的叶酸原料作为出发底物,大大降低了5-MTHF的生产成本,并且兼具生物法的相关优势比如低污染、操作简便等特点。相比于目前的化学合成法和生物发酵法,本发明在产率和生产成本方面具有极大优势。 |
