Summary: | The invention discloses application of haptoglobin to treatment of acute lung injury induced by infrasound. Aiming at the lung injury caused by infrasound, in addition to strong resonance injury of lung tissues, broken erythrocyte increase can be caused, excessive CFH can be released, then TLR4/NF-kappa B signal channels in lung microvascular endothelial cells are activated, generation of inflammatory cytokines and adhesion and aggregation of leukocytes are triggered, endogenous scavenger haptoglobin of CFH is subjected to intravenous injection, and the endogenous scavenger haptoglobin of CFH is subjected to intravenous injection; the compound can effectively reduce excessive release of CFH caused by infrasound, further inhibits activation of a TLR4/NF-kappa B signal channel and reduces adhesion of white blood cells, thereby reducing the severity of lung injury caused by infrasound.
