The control circuit comprises a slope compensation circuit used for generating a slope compensation signal; the PWM comparator is used for comparing a first superposed signal related to the output voltage, the ripple signal and the offset compensation voltage with a second superposed signal related to an error signal of the output voltage, a slope compensation signal and a preset reference voltage signal, and generating a conduction control signal according to a comparison result; and the logic circuit is used for generating a pulse width modulation signal according to the conduction control signal and the turn-off control signal respectively, obtaining fixed conduction time according to the turn-off control signal, and obtaining turn-off time related to the output voltage by adopting the conduction control signal.
