The invention discloses an overtime attendance management method. The method comprises the following steps: logging in an overtime attendance system and displaying an attendance page; recording overtime information in the overtime attendance system in response to an operation instruction of the overtime account on the attendance page; determining a single overtime duration of the overtime account; determining a resting time length and an accumulated overtime time length of the overtime account number; pre-deducting the resting and overtime working hours of the overtime account from the accumulated overtime duration according to the resting time duration; returning the pre-deducted rest-time and overtime working hours and clearing the overtime working hours of the overtime users when the overtime account number applies for rest-time and overtime working hours are not approved or terminated; and the management terminal approves the overtime application of the overtime account. According to the invention, the ov
