Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-temperature-resistant antioxidant BNf/SiBN wave-transparent composite material and a product thereof, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of high-temperature wave-transparent composite materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out degumming treatment on a BN prefabricated body to serve as a reinforcement body, taking polyborosilazane as a precursor, and obtaining a BNf/SiBN prefabricated body by adopting a dipping-cracking process; and repeating a dipping-cracking process on the BNf/SiBN preform for multiple times, then putting the BNf/SiBN preform into a cracking furnace, vacuumizing and drying to obtain the high-temperature-resistant antioxidant BNf/SiBN wave-transparent composite material. The method is safe in process, low in preparation temperature and small in fiber damage and has the unique near-net forming advantage.
