The invention discloses a copper bar sawing production line and a using method thereof.The copper bar sawing production line comprises a storage device used for containing a copper bar tray, a first transferring device used for transferring a copper bar on the copper bar tray, a sawing device used for sawing the copper bar, a deburring device used for removing burrs on a sawing opening of the copper bar and a discharging device; all the devices are communicated through the conveying device, copper bars are subjected to material taking, saw cutting and discharging, operation of all the devices is controlled by the control device, automatic saw cutting production is achieved, and the production efficiency of the copper bars is improved. 本发明公开了一种铜排锯切生产线及其使用方法，铜排锯切生产线包括：用于放置铜排托盘的存料装置、用于转移铜排托盘上的铜排的第一转移装置、用于锯切铜排的锯切装置、用于去除铜排锯切断口上的毛刺的去毛刺装置及下料装置，各装置通过输送装置连通，铜排经由取料、锯切、出料，由控制装置来控制各装置的运作，实现自动化锯切生产，提高铜排的生产效率。
