Wherein the preferable adjuvant is an aluminum adjuvant. Preferably, the adjuvant is aluminum phosphate (AP), aluminum hydroxide (PTAH) treated by phosphates with different concentrations and aluminum hydroxide. By using the adjuvant, the neutralizing antibody level aiming at various types of polioviruses can be improved, and the immunogenicity of virus-like particle vaccines can be improved. Meanwhile, the administration dosage of the vaccine can be reduced. The research on the influence of different types of aluminum on antigen stability after adsorption shows that the stability of the vaccine can be improved by aluminum phosphate (AP) and aluminum hydroxide (PTAH) and aluminum hydroxide treated by phosphates with different concentrations.
