Summary:The invention discloses an IV conversion circuit and method applied to a current type sensor, and belongs to the technical field of integrated circuits. The IV conversion circuit comprises a clamping and current reading circuit used for fixing the drain end voltage of the sensor; a current conversion circuit; the correlated double-sampling circuit is used for outputting a difference value of two times of sampling; and the current bias circuit is used for providing bias current. According to the IV conversion circuit, the problem of output voltage deviation caused by resistance and capacitance deviation of a common IV conversion circuit is solved, and the precision of conversion from current to voltage is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the current conversion circuit only uses one MOS tube, so that the area consumed by the circuit is reduced.
