The invention discloses an IV conversion circuit and method applied to a current type sensor, and belongs to the technical field of integrated circuits. The IV conversion circuit comprises a clamping and current reading circuit used for fixing the drain end voltage of the sensor; a current conversion circuit; the correlated double-sampling circuit is used for outputting a difference value of two times of sampling; and the current bias circuit is used for providing bias current. According to the IV conversion circuit, the problem of output voltage deviation caused by resistance and capacitance deviation of a common IV conversion circuit is solved, and the precision of conversion from current to voltage is greatly improved.
