Summary: | The present invention provides a method of enhancing cartilage regeneration after injury in a mammal comprising identifying a mammal that is experiencing cartilage injury, administering to the mammal a composition comprising covalently linked graphene oxide (GO) with hyaluronic acid (HA), XAV939, and water. The composition of the method may also include a surfactant, such as PEG. The composition may be topically administered to a subject to treat cartilage injury in the subject.
