The invention provides an accurate evaluation method for simulated driving, and the method comprises the steps: enabling a driving track of a driver to correspond to the visibility and the road surface slippery degree in a simulated environment, and evaluating the operation response time of the driver in different driving environments; according to the evaluated operation response time, analyzing the response time change trend of the driver in different simulation environments; the haze weather and the road surface slippery degree environment are graded, and the driving environment is divided into a light environment and a heavy environment; comparing reaction time change trends in the mild driving environment and the severe driving environment, and if the reaction change in the severe environment is greater than that in the mild environment, judging that the reaction is an over-excitation reaction; acquiring the impulse behavior tendency of the driver according to the excessive behavior response of the drive
