The system comprises a first temperature sensor and a first pressure sensor which are arranged on a main tertiary air pipe; a second pressure sensor is arranged at the air inlet end of the first straight pipeline, and a third pressure sensor is arranged at the air outlet end of the first straight pipeline; a second temperature sensor is arranged on the second straight pipeline, and a fourth pressure sensor is further arranged on the second straight pipeline; the denitrification air pipe is communicated with an air conduction pipeline; the air inlet end of the air conduction pipeline is located between the second pressure sensor and the third pressure sensor, and the air outlet end of the air conduction pipeline is communicated with outside air; and the air conduction pipeline is provided with a gas flow meter.
