Summary: | The invention discloses a removing device and method for removing inclusions in molten steel through an RH process. The removing device comprises a steel ladle, an RH vacuum chamber and a sealing piece. The steel ladle is provided with a first blowing hole used for conveying inert gas. The RH vacuum chamber is located on the steel ladle, and the ascending pipe and the descending pipe which are communicated with the RH vacuum chamber are inserted into molten steel of the steel ladle. The sealing piece is connected with the RH vacuum chamber or the steel ladle, and a sealed space is defined by the sealing piece, the ladle edge of the steel ladle and the RH vacuum chamber. The sealing piece is provided with an exhaust hole which is communicated with the sealing space. Due to the fact that part of argon output by the first blowing hole can be conveyed into the sealed space through the molten steel, air in the sealed space is output out of the sealed space through the exhaust hole. The argon in the sealed space ca |
