Summary: | The invention discloses a novel jute fiber board integral forming hot-pressing injection mold and a processing technology thereof. The main purpose of the technology is to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a method for processing the jute fiber board without using glue, so that the processing technology is simplified, and the structural strength is enhanced by integrally forming the injection molding part and the reinforcing ribs on the back surface of the jute fiber board. The technology comprises the following main steps of fixing needle hanging, clamping plate fixing, compression force adjusting, preliminary mold closing, fixed mold normal temperature, movable mold heating, final mold closing, fiberboard compression forming/edge cutting, injection molding, demolding and product taking out, and on the whole, the novel technology improves the production efficiency, reduces material waste and enhances the structural strength of the product.
