The invention provides a road element extraction method, device and equipment based on a remote sensing image, and relates to the technical field of electronic maps, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a first remote sensing image of a target region; according to a strategy line obtained by performing fitting drawing on the feature information of the road elements in the first remote sensing image, performing labeling processing on the road elements to obtain a labeled second remote sensing image; and identifying the annotation information in the second remote sensing image based on the target semantic segmentation model, and performing semantic segmentation on the second remote sensing image according to an identification result so as to extract the road elements from the second remote sensing image. According to the method, the road elements are collected through the remote sensing images, the equipment cost and the labor cost are greatly saved, the remote sensing images are labeled and input into
