The invention relates to a super wear-resistant polyurea floor coating and a preparation method thereof, the super wear-resistant polyurea floor coating comprises a composition A and a component B. The component A comprises, by mass, 60-80 parts of polyaspartic acid ester resin, 10.5-32 parts of organic-inorganic composite wear-resistant particles, 3-8 parts of molecular sieves, 10-20.5 parts of pigments and fillers, 1-5 parts of color paste and 2.5-6.5 parts of auxiliaries; and the component B comprises an isocyanate curing agent.
