According to the invention, precursor particles with good dispersibility, uniform particle size distribution and good sphericity are prepared by a spray pyrolysis method of three-stage heating pyrolysis treatment, and the positive electrode material prepared from the precursor has good cycle stability and high energy density under a high voltage condition.
