Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and particularly discloses application of tSFTA3 in prevention and treatment of lung cancer. On one hand, the invention relates to application of tSFTA3 in preparation of drugs for preventing and treating lung adenocarcinoma and/or lung squamous carcinoma; on the other hand, the invention relates to application of tSFTA3 in preparation of products for enhancing the sensitivity of lung cancer cells to targeted drugs.
