Summary:The invention discloses a chiral metasurface device based on continuum quasi-bound state (Quasi-BIC) strong circular dichroism, the structure of the chiral metasurface device is composed of paired silicon (Si) dielectric rods embedded in an anisotropic medium, and each pair of dielectric rods has a small vertical displacement d to eliminate mirror symmetry. According to the design structure, strong CD response can be achieved within the near-infrared wavelength range of 650-700 nm, when circularly polarized light is incident in the forward direction (+ Z) or the backward direction (-Z), the structure can show opposite CD response, and the maximum CD response can be 1 in a rotation modulation mode.
